Blithering idiot Donald Trump goes completely off the rails
Today we saw a series of reminders that the coronavirus isn’t on its way out; in some states its spread is accelerating. Congressman Tom Rice announced that he and his family members tested positive for coronavirus. The sports world revealed that multiple NFL football and MLB baseball players have recently tested positive. So what does Donald Trump have to say about this?
Trump has decided that – in his words – “If we stop testing right now, we’d have very few cases, if any.” That’s right, he seems to think that if we would just stop testing people, the coronavirus wouldn’t exist. Fortunately, Congressman Ted Lieu took Trump to task for it:
.
Dear @realDonaldTrump: You are really stupid. If we stop testing, there would be even more cases of people who go to the hospital because they are gasping for air. And even more thousands of Americans per week will die because they can’t breathe as a result of #Covid_19. Get it? https://t.co/JirvNXQDMK
