Bill Barr’s ultimate failure

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Bill Barr ended up accomplishing very little of his agenda while he was Attorney General, because he spent most of his time mouthing off in public for Trump’s ego, and not enough of his time building solid legal cases. That’s a lesson for those of you who want Merrick Garland to play cheerleader instead of lawyer.

Of course the media spent Barr’s tenure thoroughly (and largely fictionally) portraying him as an evil genius with a magic wand who accomplished everything he set out to do, so it’s not surprising that so many liberal activists mistakenly want Garland to be more like Barr.
