Donald Trump hit some kind of new emotional rock bottom today when he left the courtroom and feebly wandered over to reporters in order to weakly read aloud some favorable propaganda that his babysitters had handed him.

President Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection campaign was quick to pile on:

At this point there’s almost nothing left of Donald Trump. His cognitive abilities are minimal at best. And he’s given up psychologically to the point that his babysitters are now more focused on cheering him up than in trying to help him achieve any goals.
