Earlier this evening we brought you the alarming story of how Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick wants to immediately end all coronavirus lockdowns, letting elderly and other vulnerable people die in the process, in order to get the economy going. Beto O’Rourke, who hails from Texas, is stepping in to rip Patrick a new one:

We need a state-wide shelter in place order to stop the spread of coronavirus and save hundreds of thousands of lives,” Beto O’Rourke said. Beto ran for President in 2020, but ultimately dropped out and then endorsed Joe Biden for President.
