Donald Trump has berserk meltdown about the protesters in Black Lives Matter Plaza

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

The tide has turned in Washington DC. Donald Trump’s decision to tear gas peaceful protesters outside the White House for the sake of a church photo op has received massive pushback from military and church leaders alike. Trump has since gone on defense, building a fence around the White House and laying low. Now the street outside the White House is officially named Black Lives Matter Plaza, and it’s filled with protesters.

Trump doesn’t seem to know what to do with this. He’s publicly lashed out at the Mayor of Washington DC, but he has yet to specifically acknowledge the street’s new name, or the fact that it now says “BLACK LIVES MATTER” in giant yellow letters. As can be clearly seen from TV coverage, the protesters are are largely enjoying themselves, now that law enforcement is no longer agitating things.

All that Trump could come up with tonight on Twitter was this: “Much smaller crowd in D.C. than anticipated. National Guard, Secret Service, and D.C. Police have been doing a fantastic job. Thank you! … CNN & MSDNC are doing everything possible to “inflame” the crowd. Fortunately they have a very small audience!”

To be clear, not a word of this is true. In reality, the protests are massive. Based on the overhead camera shots, it appears more people have shown up outside the White House to protest against Trump than showed up to his inauguration. And no one, other than Trump himself, is trying to “inflame” anything. Unfortunately for him, all he has left are tweets – and those aren’t going to get in the way of the protesters.
