Donald Trump’s handlers finally let him hold an increasingly rare political rally this weekend, and all it did was remind everyone of why they so rarely let him do it anymore. Trump spent the speech displaying worsening dementia symptoms including confusion, made up words, and even the delusional that a fictional serial killer has endorsed him:

This led psychologist Dr. David A. Lustig to conclude that Donald Trump should be a patient in the “Memory Care unit of a good Assisted Living Facility.” That sounds about right.
