Another Trump co-defendant now in danger of having bail revoked

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Weeks ago Trump co-defendant Harrison Floyd made social media posts targeting and tagging witnesses in the Fulton County criminal case against him. This prompted DA Fani Willis to seek bail revocation, and while the courts didn’t go that far, they did inform Floyd that he was one false move away from being locked up. Now he may not be the only one.

Another Trump co-defendant, former Kanye publicist Trevian Kutti, reportedly appeared on a live video feed and vowed to destroy the life of one of the witnesses in the Fulton County criminal case. This takes things even further than Floyd did, and it now seems likely that Fani Willis will seek to have her bail revoked.

We’ll see if the courts actually lock Kutti up, or instead give her the same strict warnings and parameters that they gave Floyd. But either way, it’s a reminder that for any defendant in any criminal case, there are things you can do to get your bail revoked. This process helps establish those parameters in the Trump Fulton County case, and helps draw the line for what kind of behavior would send Trump himself to jail while awaiting trial.
