“Angel of death”
When I think of angels, I think of beautiful beings made of light and fire, bringing joy and comfort, and love. Apparently, though, others think of more sinister imagery. Case in point: An event was taking place on Friday. And it did indeed bring out some lunatics.
Never let it be said that there are not people easily as crazy as Donald Trump — maybe even crazier. You are about to meet one of those people. This event was held in the state of Pennsylvania.
This was a two-day event called “ReAwaken America.” Sounds like so much fun, no? Among the guests — Eric Trump. Roger Stone. Mike Lindell of MyPillow fame. Michael Flynn. And a whole lot of crazy. Also, there was Bo Polny. Polny isn’t a well man, as evidenced by the following: Polny made a speech in which insanity shone brightly as he waxed poetic about the “angel of death.”
“The angel of death is coming to visit these people,” he thundered. As he spoke, images were shown of various politicians and pundits, including President Biden, Hillary Clinton, and former CNN Journalist Brian Stelter.
And Lindsey Graham. The words: “Treason will be written on them for ALL ETERNITY”: could also be seen. This insane man also declared that Trump would be back in office this year and that it would be “God’s will.”
He also had this to say: “These people who control the world think their pharaohs, the present-day pharaohs.” There is a lot to unpack here. Such silly words — but dangerous as well.
There are no “angels of death” coming for anyone. It is hard to know if the people spouting this garbage really believe in what they say or they’re simply doing it to gin up Maga. My guess is a bit of both.
It is also interesting that these people have been forecasting Trump’s return to office for a very long time. They keep changing the date, and when one date doesn’t happen, so it is moved to another date. One wonders if there is any point, the followers of such a hate group will realize they’re being played. Will there come a point where they walk away? My guess is no.
These are not people who see angels, at least not the angels of beauty and love. This group sees only darkness, darkness imprinted on their souls cast there long ago, dooming them to walk this world alone.
