“All indicators” are that Donald Trump is going to be criminally indicted in New York

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

All along, Palmer Report predicted that if Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, he’d end up in prison. We were basing this primarily on the fact that the Manhattan District Attorney was building a widely documented slam dunk criminal case against Trump, on the kinds of financial charges that nearly alway result in conviction.

Now that Trump is indeed out of office and the DA’s office is ramping up and accelerating its work, it’s becoming more clear than ever that Trump is headed for indictment, arrest, and trial. Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner said it best:

Of course the New York criminal case against Donald Trump is merely the most prominent one. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has confirmed that she also has a criminal case in front of a grand jury right now against Donald Trump, for election fraud. And of course we’re waiting to see whether the Department of Justice or the Washington DC Attorney General leads the way in any insurrection charges against Trump.
