Donald Trump has utterly deranged meltdown while aboard Air Force One

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Before heading to the United Kingdom, Donald Trump ensured that his state visit would be a failure for him when he accused British royal family member Meghan Markle of being “nasty.” Now that he’s on his way to the UK, Trump is ensuring that the visit will be even more of a disaster, as he just tweeted a profoundly deranged meltdown about the Mayor of London while traveling aboard Air Force One en route to London.

We all saw this coming, of course. London Mayor Sadiq Khan posted an op-ed over the weekend, slamming Trump for his remarks about Markle among other things. But even we didn’t think Trump would take things as jarringly far as he just did.

Here’s what Trump tweeted while aboard Air Force One: “who by all accounts has done a terrible job as Mayor of London, has been foolishly “nasty” to the visiting President of the United States, by far the most important ally of the United Kingdom. He is a stone cold loser who should focus on crime in London, not me. Kahn reminds me very much of our very dumb and incompetent Mayor of NYC, de Blasio, who has also done a terrible job – only half his height. In any event, I look forward to being a great friend to the United Kingdom, and am looking very much forward to my visit. Landing now!”

Anyone notice a pattern here? Sadiq Khan and Bill de Blasio have criticized Donald Trump arguably more loudly than any other mayors, so the ever narcissistic Trump has decided that this means they’re the two worst mayors in the world. It’s not clear how Trump plans to be a “great friend” to the UK while he’s attacking a member of the royal family and insulting the Mayor of London over his height. But hey, Trump always finds a way to screw things up even more embarrassingly than anyone was expecting.
