So this explains why Air Force One was spotted over England today

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Earlier today, various observers on social media claimed to have spotted Air Force One flying over England. Even more oddly, while the official flight manifest did reveal that it was an airplane commonly used as Air Force One, it wasn’t listed as “Air Force One” โ€“ meaning that neither Donald Trump nor his family were officially on it. Now we have some answers: Trump pulled a stunt last night.

After having spent two years refusing to visit U.S. troops in combat zones, Donald and Melania Trump secretly flew to Iraq last night to visit with troops stationed there. This was just announced by Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and โ€“ even though she frequently makes things up โ€“ the New York Times subsequently confirmed the visit. So this explains why Air Force One was flying under cover. But Trump’s visit comes with more questions than answers.

Donald Trump has shown less interest in visiting U.S. troops, or even bothering to acknowledge them ceremonially, than any modern U.S. President. Instead most of his trips outside Washington DC have been to go golfing at one of his own money laundering resorts. But now that General James Mattis has resigned in protest as Secretary of Defense, and the military has begun turning sharply against him, Trump suddenly decided he needed a photo op in Iraq. There may also be another reason behind the visit.

Earlier today, confirmation finally surfaced of what we’ve all long known: Donald Trump dodged the draft by obtaining a fake medical exam from a doctor whose office space was located in one of Trump’s father’s buildings. In other words, his bone spurs really were fake. Trump probably would have known that this story was going to surface today, and may have arranged the last minute Iraq trip to try to counter it.

In any case, now that we all know Donald Trump treasonously conspired with Russia to rig the election in his favor and therefore isn’t the “President” of anything, he has no business being anywhere near the troops. He’s on his way to prison for the rest of his life, and a callously opportunistic photo op isn’t going to change that.
