Adam Schiff just gave away that he’s targeting Mike Pence

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

On Tuesday evening, Adam Schiff released his House Intelligence Committee’s formal report on Donald Trump’s impeachment. The report included a combination of old and new information, including the new revelation that the committee obtained phone call records between Rudy Giuliani and the Trump regime. Now it turns out Schiff is targeting more people with his investigation than just Trump and Rudy.

Adam Schiff appeared on the Lawrence O’Donnell show on MSNBC late on Tuesday night and explained that while he feels that his committee’s report has clearly spelled out Donald Trump’s offenses, he’s still looking into the improper behavior of others involved in the Ukraine extortion plot. Schiff named a few people by name.

Schiff stated that he’s still looking into the actions of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney, which comes as no surprise. Then Schiff stated that he’s also looking into Mike Pence, who was “made aware of the conditions of the military aid.” He added that his committee is still looking at the “full scope of those who were complicit.”

It sure sounds like Adam Schiff and the House Intelligence Committee are now turning their primary focus to investigating and exposing Mike Pence’s complicity in the Ukraine extortion plot. That makes logical sense, considering the House Judiciary Committee is about to take the lead when it comes to Donald Trump. But it’s hugely notable that the House is now formally targeting Pence – suggesting that Pence could end up being impeached as well.
