Abby Grossberg just revealed at least part of why Fox News fired Tucker Carlson

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

When Fox News abruptly fired Tucker Carlson yesterday, I said there had to be a lot more to it than just what had already come out publicly. Things like the Dominion settlement, and even the text messages where Carlson generically disparaged Fox executives, were not nearly enough for the network to fire its most profitable employee. I knew more would have to come out. But I was stumped as to what it might be.

Now we’re getting at least part of the answer today. Abby Grossberg is the whistleblower who accused Fox News of illegally hiding evidence in the Dominion case, and got fired from Fox News, and has since hit Fox News with a discrimination suit. Today she appeared on the Nicolle Wallace show on MSNBC and revealed numerous details about working at Fox.

For instance, Grossberg revealed that when she first showed up to work for Tucker Carlson, there were pictures of Nancy Pelosi in a bathing suit plastered all over the place – including the desktop picture on the computer she was initially issued. In other words, Carlson wasn’t just a sexist pig on air; his show’s production office was also being run in the same manner. The former is distasteful, but the latter opens you up to major workplace liability issues. In other words Grossberg is likely to win her suit against Fox, and win big, and one way for Fox to try to minimize that was to shove Carlson out the back door now.
