– 38 days until Donald Trump is no longer the sitting President of the United States, and is therefore eligible for arrest. That’s not just a hypothetical either. The news this week about the Manhattan DA and the grand jury makes clear that Trump will be criminally indicted soon for financial crimes. Don’t ask me to guess precisely when Trump’s arrest is happening, but it’s happening.

– It’s also just 38 days until Joe Biden takes control of the official @POTUS and @WhiteHouse accounts on Twitter. Of course Donald Trump will still have his @RealDonaldTrump account – but now that Twitter has begun escalating its crackdown on his false tweets, he may not have that account much past January 20th either.

– Saturday Night Live did an entire sketch last night making fun of Newsmax for being so full of crap about Trump’s loss. Its reputation will never recover. It’s the latest reminder that, in the words of Rick Wilson, everything Trump touches dies.
