Rudy Giuliani hits Sunday talk show circuit and confesses to more Donald Trump crimes

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Considering the hole that Rudy Giuliani keeps digging for Donald Trump, the Resistance might want to chip in and buy Rudy a bigger shovel. We still don’t know why Trump is content to sit in silence while Rudy keeps going on live national television and making things worse. But we do know that, for whatever reason, Trump hasn’t yet tried to stop him. Today Rudy found a way screw up even more.

Rudy Giuliani started digging Donald Trump a hole this week when he went on Fox News and admitted that Trump had reimbursed Michael Cohen for the payoff to Stormy Daniels. Because this payoff was a felony violation of federal election law, it meant Trump was part of that felony. Rudy and Trump then each tried to walk it back, using language that no one understood. Then Rudy kept going… and going. This morning he hit the Sunday morning talk show circuit and admitted there may be more payoffs to more women.

This comes just two days after it was revealed that Cohen took out a home equity line totaling $774,000 right around the time Trump was securing the Republican nomination for president. Only $130,000 of that money went to Stormy Daniels, suggesting that the rest of the money could have been paid to other women during the course of the election in order to keep them quiet about Trump’s secrets. Now Giuliani is essentially admitting this is true, which means he’s confessing that Cohen and Trump committed even more felonies.

Rudy Giuliani is a former prosecutor. He knows how the law works. He knows how criminal defense works. And he knows that this is not how any of it works. So is he purposely trying to sabotage Donald Trump, or is he just plain bonkers? Either way, the real question may be why Trump keeps letting Rudy destroy him like this.
