Special Counsel Robert Mueller has stepped into the background a bit of late, as the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York has taken the lead on the Michael Cohen case. But as we’ve learned from past instances where Mueller has gone quiet, it means he’s merely plugging away at the next round of big moves behind the scenes. So who’s getting arrested next in Trump-Russia? Here are some hints.

Roger Stone: Last month longtime Donald Trump adviser Sam Nunberg announced on television that he had been subpoenaed for a Mueller grand jury targeting Stone and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, among others. Stone then appeared on Meet The Press and revealed that Mueller hasn’t even asked him to come in and testify. Based on Mueller’s pattern up to this point, it means he’s planning to indict and arrest Stone rather than approaching him with a soft-landing deal. With the grand jury already well underway, and cooperating witnesses against Stone already in the bag, the indictment against Stone should arrive soon.

Donald Trump Jr: His wife filed for a divorce out of the blue last month, citing an old affair that she’s known about for six years. Her timing seems to be related to the subpoena that Robert Mueller sent to the Trump Organization about its financial records, and the fear of losing of her share of the family fortune to asset seizures if she doesn’t cash out now. Will Mueller dare to arrest Donald Trump’s son at this point in the game? It would certainly be an aggressive move.

Michael Cohen: We’re putting Cohen on the list because there’s a good chance he’ll be the next one of Donald Trump’s associates to get marched away in handcuffs. But keep in mind that if and when Cohen is indicted and arrested, that action likely won’t come from Robert Mueller’s team, as they’re not the ones prosecuting Cohen – at least not officially.
