Things just got even uglier between Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump, and Jared Kushner

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Is it possible that things could get any uglier between Donald Trump, his daughter Ivanka Trump, and her husband Jared Kushner? Donald just took Jared’s top security clearance away. Jared is facing the kinds of criminal charges that will inevitably force him to cut a plea deal against Donald. Ivanka is stuck in the middle. They’re all stuck in the White House with each other. As it turns out, things have in fact just gotten much uglier between the three of them.

We knew there would be fallout after Kushner’s security clearance became a liability, in light of his inability to pass a background check. Trump ended up revoking his provisional top secret clearance, scapegoating him to try to make the scandal go away. Days later it was reported that Jared Kushner had been using his position in the White House to obtain a series of personal loans to the tune of around half a billion dollars. Suddenly Kushner was an even bigger political liability to Trump, and it seemed likely that Kushner would have to cut a plea deal against Trump. Now Trump has revealed what he plans to do about it.

Trump now plans to force Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump out of the White House, one at at time, in the hope of motivating them to move back to New York, according to Vanity Fair (link). So Trump, whose solution to every one of his own failures and scandals is to blame others and scapegoat someone, is now talking openly about firing his own daughter and son-in-law.

These two unqualified and shady characters never should have had jobs in the White House to begin with. Donald Trump only hired them for top positions because he doesn’t trust anyone outside his own small inner circle of goons, and his family has long been at the center of that circle. But now that push comes to shove, Trump is talking about pushing his own family under the bus. Whether he goes through with it or not, the mere fact that he’s threatening to do it will cause irreparable harm within his family. That’ll make for an awkward family reunion in prison.
