The tables have turned

The people of Wisconsin are now protected. They are protected from unfair, gerrymandered maps of congressional districts that slant elections in favor of Republicans. They are protected from a nineteenth century draconian abortion ban. They are protected from an extreme, radical right Supreme Court that might have been but wasn’t.
Despite Elon Musk’s best attempt to buy the election with millions of dollars, Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Susan Crawford won re-election to her seat. This was the unelected apartheid monster’s craven attempt to test his strategy of buying American elections, one he intended to export to the rest of the country, and he has failed. Musk is a failure once again.
The people of Wisconsin sent a loud and clear message to Musk. Money won’t buy him love. No matter how fat his wallet may be, it doesn’t change the irrefutable fact that he is deeply hated, not just in Wisconsin but everywhere else. He’ll get an even better sense of how hate he is on April 5th, when millions upon millions of Americans will pour out into the street and scream their rage at him and his puppet Donald Trump.
But I understand. Republicans are worried. They want to protect their country from foreigners who come to America, say, on a student visa, then illegally break the rules so they can remain indefinitely, take unfair advantage of the system and work to undermine American democracy. Yes, I know what I just did there.
Now, I’m under no illusions about Musk’s future intentions. He has almost unlimited economic resources to keep trying to buy American elections. But his failure in Wisconsin demonstrates beyond a doubt that Americans are on to him. And if you think Musk is hated now, just wait until the midterms.
It took Elon Musk only a little more than two months to become one of the most hated men on earth. Just imagine how hated he will be in a year or two. Millions of Americans will be out of their minds with fury and Musk won’t be able to buy a candy bar.
Think of it yourselves, brothers and sisters. Trump endorsed Susan Crawford’s opponent, the disgusting Republican slimeball Brad Schimel. Musk poured tens of millions of dollars into Schimel’s campaign. Republicans showed up from all over the country to promote Schimel’s candidacy, and despite all that, we won anyway. And we won in a state that Trump won in 2024. And if we can do it in Wisconsin we can do it anywhere. And we can take our country back. So be strong and of good courage. Let’s keep winning.
Susan Crawford put it best in her victory speech. “As a little girl growing up in Chippewa Falls, I never could have imagined I’d be taking on the richest man in the world for justice in Wisconsin. And we won!”
