For Susan Collins, it is indeed groundhog day. If you will remember, the concerned senator voted without concern for Brett Kavanaugh, breaking her promise not to vote for anyone who might overturn Roe.

He won’t, she piously insisted, so very concerned, a scowl darkening her face. Susie Q does NOT like it when her integrity is challenged. Too damn bad.

Collins must be defeated in the midterms. We almost did it last time. The problem was that we had not one but two candidates, and they split the vote. We cannot make that mistake again.

If there were ever an insincere senator, it would be Collins. With concern seemingly gushing from her, she pulls this crap every single time. She’s honestly one big fraud.

We can wipe her from the Senate in 2026. All it will require is some strategic skill, the kind of skill chess players use. We will need to put up a quality candidate who can show why Collins is not fit for office.

In Maine, they have an expression if you’re not from there, you’re from away.” Susan Collins is from “away” when it comes to being loyal to her constituents. She lies to them repeatedly, and it is time to do something about it.
