“Raising cane … catapults on the aircraft carriers … Hannibal Lecter” – Donald Trump has unhinged senile incident

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

After a series of canceled events, an exhausted and dementia riddled Donald Trump limped back onto the campaign trail today. Suffice it to say that the rest didn’t help him any. While attempting to hold a town hall in Michigan, Trump ended up saying this:

“I give these long sometimes very complex sentences and paragraphs but they all come together. I do it a lot. I do it with raising cane. That story. I do it with the story on the catapults on the aircraft carriers. I do it with a lot of different stories. When I mentioned Doctor Hannibal Lecter. I’m using that as an example of people that are coming in from Silence of the Lambs. I use it. They say it’s terrible.”

What’s particularly glaring is that Trump had this senile incident while he was supposed to be answering questions from audiences members. This is almost more embarrassing than when Trump stood on stage and swayed to music for thirty minutes instead of answering questions during his last town hall. Trump is cognitively finished.
