Ted Cruz goes off the deep end as Colin Allred gains on him

We’ve been waiting for this moment for YEARS. It’s a moment this writer has fantasized about. Perhaps, I often mused it might never come. But deep down, I always knew that it would. Karma in politics is rocket fuel, and it derives that fuel by invading the cowardly souls of lying politicians who think they have their reelection chances in the bag, believe there is no more work to do, who rest on their laurels, sit back and not lift a lazy finger to do any work. I speak NOT of the debate.

“They are coming after me!!!!!” That noxious cry, long a subject of many efforts on the part of determined Democrats, came from he who may be the laziest Senator in the whole damn Senate. Mr. Ted Cruz.

“They’re coming after me!!’ Yes, we ARE. And if the polls are believed, it just might be working.

We’ve spoken about Florida, but what of Texas? What of all those pesky little polls showing Cruz might be in serious jeopardy of losing his Senate seat? “If they take me out, they take the entire country.” That oh-do modest declaration caused this writer some giggles. That’s narcissism, alright! Cruz does share some characteristics with his royal traitor.

Imagine thinking of yourself as being so crucial to the Senate. Imagine! That might be why on Newsmax, Cruz ADMITTED his state, Texas, is now a battleground — and BEGGED — begged like a little boy begging for breadcrumbs for the American people to give him money. He won by less than three points in 2018 when Beto challenged him. Could he lose this election? It’s possible. After all, let’s look at Teddy’s record.

He has:

Shown his distaste for abortion rights.

Not lift a finger to help Uvalde, Texas.

Deserted his state to vacation in Cancun, during a major storm.

Blamed said trip on his kids.

Is there any point in even going on?

Rep. Colin Alread has succeeded in scaring the heck out of the hysterical Senator. But can he win? It’s possible. It’ll be tough. But he can win, and judging by his Newsmax meltdown, Ted Cruz knows it too. Donate to Colin Allred and the other competitive Democratic Senate candidates here.
