Life is a long journey, and one person’s story is never the same as another. However, certain people’s stories do share common traits. One of these types is the sociopath. Sociopaths. They are often disconnected from reality, shape shifters in the mist, able to be whomever they need to be to lie, to steal, to con.

I think Donald Trump is a sociopath. I’ve said it often. I think JD Vance is as well. I do. I, really, really do. I think that is, in part, why Trump chose Vance. Sociopaths can often recognize each other, sniff each other out, and use each other, making their plans, finding their marks, scheming, on the dog-day afternoons of summer, in the Fall, and in Presidential elections.

But the thing is that often, these people reap what they sow. Remember how I speak of hubris? Hubris is always present in the sociopath. It’s the evil little seed that fuels the toxicity that often blooms unfettered. Until they get their just desserts.

In Ohio, a law allows ordinary, everyday folks like you and me to file criminal charges. Criminal charges have been filed against two shape shifters. They are Donald Trump and JD Vance. All this stems from the terrorizing of Haitian immigrants in Springfield. I suppose the people finally had enough. The Haitian Bridge Alliance filed criminal charges it Clark County Municipal Court:

– Disrupting public service
– Making false alarms
– Harassment
– Aggravated menacing

The attorney who filed said there is nothing special about these two that should excise them from prosecution. Allow this writer to take a moment to smile a moment in triumph. It gets them — it gets them every time. It may take awhile. But it happens. Hubris gets its reward.

Will they be arrested? Who knows. For me, that isn’t the point. This is another black mark against them, and you bet it will be a news story. Vance will have to answer for it in the debate — how people from HIS OWN STATE filed criminal charges against him.

As I said, one reaps what one sows in life. If all they sow is rage, discontent, terror, hatred, panic, and lies, it is appropriate that this person or these persons get back at them what they put out. They lied. Now, the people they lied about have had enough. This is where hubris gets you.
