Donald Trump is now delusional enough to think his path to 270 electoral votes somehow runs through New York, a state he won’t come within twenty points of winning, if his decision to hold a rally in Long Island this week is any indication. Meanwhile Trump’s handlers seem to think his path to 270 runs through North Carolina, which is a problem for him given today’s catastrophic implosion of Trump pal Mark Robinson. But really, Trump’s narrow path to 270 probably runs mainly through Pennsylvania, and that’s an even bigger problem for him.

At one point during Trump’s Long Island rally speech, he blurted out “Harry get your fat ass out of the couch!” It was within the context of trying to motivate people to vote. But there was no one named Harry involved, and really, this remark is just plain senile. After Trump failed the coherence test at his Long Island rally, Trump’s babysitters have suddenly cancelled his upcoming campaign appearance in Pennsylvania, with no reason given.

If your candidate had just spent his most recent public appearance yelling things like “Harry get your fat ass out of the couch,” you might be inclined to pull the plug on his next public appearance as well. Or maybe Trump’s babysitters pulled the plug because they’re trying to shield him from having to answer any questions about Mark Robinson. We really don’t know. But holy cow are things ever going poorly for Trump right now.
