Absolutely delusional
If you’re a Twitter user and you’ve ever created or participated in a Twitter poll, you know it’s mostly for entertainment value. The voting is obviously going to be biased by the makeup of your own followers. For instance if I posted a Twitter poll asking if Palmer Report is good, most of the people seeing would be my existing followers, so most of them would probably vote yes. I wouldn’t take it meaning anything. Nor would anyone else.
Then there’s Donald Trump. Over on Truth Social, he just posted a Twitter poll that shows him supposedly winning the 2024 election by an astounding 46 points. This comes after he recently shared a different Twitter poll that had Kamala Harris in third place behind RFK Jr.
Given that Donald Trump has no identifiable sense of humor, there’s no way he’s posting these polls to be funny. He must actually think these Twitter polls are somehow valid. That points to a combination of narcissism and senility that’s off the charts.
