Panicked Donald Trump is now canceling interviews
Donald Trump is already at a point where he’s doing very few swing state rallies. Is he that afraid of drawing inferior crowd sizes? Is he just that out of gas? Are his babysitters that afraid of what embarrassing things he’ll say?
In any case, Trump’s inability to regularly do rallies has now expanded into something worse. Trump was supposed to do an interview with the Detroit News, in an effort to turn around his flagging numbers in the key swing state of Michigan. But the newspaper says that Trump canceled the interview after it began asking about the improved crime rates during the Biden administration.
So now we’ve got Donald Trump not only dodging swing state rallies, but also canceling swing state interviews. He’s not quite at a point where he’s completely giving up, but it sure feels like he’s heading there.
