Donald Trump has weird unpatriotic meltdown after President Biden brings home the hostages
Earlier this year Donald Trump announced that he would convince Russia to release American prisoner Evan Gershkovich after he wins the election. It was the kind of openly corrupt election-hostage talk that would make Ronald Reagan blush. Yet now it’s President Biden who has brought Gershkovich and other prisoners home from Russia.
Trump is now having a rather jealous and dare we say unpatriotic meltdown about it. He’s demanding to know the details, accusing the US of making cash payoffs, and yelling things like “They are extorting the United States of America. They’re calling the trade “complex” – That’s so nobody can figure out how bad it is!”
