One of the keys to reelecting President Joe Biden in 2024 is to win swing states like Wisconsin. To that end, Biden campaigned in the state today with Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers. Biden gave a rousing speech, calling out Trump for his worsening senility. But it was Evers who came up with the line of the day:
