Trump found GUILTY! Donald Trump has been convicted on all charges, and he’s now a convicted felon

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

The jury is in. Donald Trump has unanimously been found guilty on all thirty-four felony criminal charges. Trump is now a convicted felon. This was always very likely going to be the outcome in this trial, but now it’s official.

Now we move on to the penalty phase of the trial. Judge Merchan will have to decide what punishment to give Trump for this conviction. Keep in mind that these are the lowest level of felony charges, and they only come with prison about ten percent of the time. However, there are thirty-four counts. And as Palmer Report’s Robert Harrington pointed out last night, the judge can use Trump’s misbehavior during the trial (gag order violations and such) as a basis for giving Trump prison time.

But that’ll play out soon enough. For now, it’s enough to say that Donald Trump is a convicted felon. Various polls have said that this will cost him a significant chunk of Republican voters outside his own base. And if you’ve said all along that you consider Trump to be a criminal, now it turns out the criminal justice system officially agrees with you. Trump is a criminal.
