Donald Trump suffers major loss in his criminal trial

Dear Palmer Report readers,

We all understand what a dark era we're heading into. Journalists will be prosecuted. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. Advertising networks can't be counted on. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight, because someone has to.

In that regard we're looking to start funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens or how dark things get. We've launched a reader supported fund, and we've already raised $2097 and counting. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can contribute here. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Bill Palmer

Undoubtedly, the last few weeks have likely been some of the worst of Donald and Trump’s life. The fact that he soon may not have much property to his name is one of the storm clouds that hovers over him. But that’s not the only terrible news the traitor’s received—far from it.

The New York trial is moving ahead, so it seems fitting that Trump lost his bid to exclude certain evidence from this trial. To quote the Washington Post: “Four-time indicted former President Donald Trump suffered arguably his worst loss (es) in any criminal matter this week when in his New York trial for alleged falsification of business records, Judge Juan M. Merchan ruled against him in virtually all of his motions to exclude evidence.”

Oh dear. The traitor’s not having a good week at ALL. Meanwhile, Prosecutors say his trial should start on April 15 without any more delays. The judge in this trial is a no-bullshit type, so I expect him to set that date or another quite soon.

I also mentioned in another article that Fani Willis is seeking to try Trump before the 2024 election. One word about that. Yes, the Trump team, is trying to appeal Willis’s staying on the case. That will have zero bearing on this case going forward, as Judge McAfee already said.

So, all in all, it isn’t a good time to be Donald Trump. I expect that even more bad news will follow. Why? Because bad news is like that. Sometimes, the stars align, creating a perfect storm of bad news. That is what is happening with Donald Trump.

It must be a shock to his system. After all, Trump’s arrogance is unending, a sneering wall of grift, deceit, and dirty dealings. It’s possible that Trump, wearing his hubris with pride, thought that he would ALWAYS be able to get away with things and ALWAYS have fate on his side.

That’s the thing about fate, though. One never knows when it will turn on you. One never knows when the pendulum will inch away from the one who thinks himself so charmed, lucky, and infallible.

There have been, through the centuries, many people who thought exactly like Donald Trump. The thing about Hubris is that it’s been smote before by fate, destiny, and karma. It is now Donald Trump’s turn to know the feeling of deprivation — deprivation of getting away with lawlessness.

Indeed, it appears that fate has a message for Trump, and that message is — it’s your turn to pay the piper and be held accountable for your immorality.
