In years past, whenever Palmer Report wrote that Donald Trump was having a “total meltdown” or similar verbiage, we always took some heat for it – even from our side own side. We were told that such phrasing was “hyperbole” and “over the top.” Well, no. It was an accurate description of Trump’s unhinged and unraveling behavior. It’s just that everyone else was too busy normalizing him.

This comes even as, after Palmer Report spent years spelling out Trump’s worsening dementia symptoms and senility, the major media outlets are finally starting to properly acknowledge that Trump is deep into cognitive decline.

If only everyone else had been using Palmer Report’s accurate phrasing to describe Donald Trump from the start, instead of spending years downplaying and normalizing his behavior, Trump might have been off the stage a long time ago. But better late than never, we suppose.
