Something is wrong with Vivek Ramaswamy
Some people seem to be useful only as a litmus test for others. For instance, if someone thinks Vivek Ramaswamy is sane, then that person is not sane. This isn’t meant as a glib punchline; it’s actually the truth.
If you need an example, just take a look at what Vivek ended up spewing during tonight’s Republican primary debate:
Vivek Ramasawamy spews wild conspiracy theories: "Why am I the only one on this stage, at least, who can say that January 6th now does look like it was an inside job? That the government lied to us for 20 years about Saudi Arabia's involvement in 9/11." pic.twitter.com/0qODL0Eb9E

.
That’s right, he’s not only pushing January 6th conspiracy theories, he’s pushing 9/11 conspiracy theories. This is like… well, there are no comparisons. We’ve seen some real conspiratorial headcases on the Republican debate stage in recent years such as Ben Carson. But what Ramaswamy is spewing is even more crazed.
You can decide for yourself whether you think Vivek Ramasawamy is actually this much of a nut job, or if this is an act designed to cater to nut jobs. But either way, if someone this crazed can make it onto the Republican primary debate stage for President of the United States, it’s all you need to know about the current state of the Republican Party.
