More bad news for Donald Trump

We've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.

Donald Trump’s last few weeks have been among the worst of his life. And they got no better on Friday. This is because three judges determined that Donald Trump could be sued in Civil court over the January 6 attacks.

Trump had tried to say he was “immune” to civil litigation since he was President at the time of the J-6 attack. That strategy would never work, but it was all Donald Trump had. And now, with this ruling, he doesn’t even have that anymore.

Trump is facing an array of civil litigation from some members of Congress and also from some Capitol Police members themselves. Trump had tried to say that January 6 was all about him and his his effort to seek a second presidential term. He argued that it was part of his presidential duties. This is absurd.

“Your Honor, I cannot be sued for eating a hot dog while my super-fans were pooping on Capitol floors and hunting down my vice president. It’s part of my duties to let that happen!” What a joke Trump is. How could he think this would possibly work?

So with these rulings, yes, Trump can be sued, and it looks to me like he is about to spend as much time in Civil court as Criminal Court. Happy 2024, Donald! Looks like the upcoming year is shaping up to be a real doozy for you.

It's been a tough week, a tough month, a tough year. For all of us. But the fight goes on. Because we know how important this is. Because we care. Because we're the ones who fight. It's you and me. It has been for a decade. And I'm never backing down. But Palmer Report does have operating expenses. And in this uncertain time, I truly need your help. For that reason I've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.
