The Trump piñata is about to burst
It’s our piñata. It’s our great, big, juicy, delicious piñata waiting to be opened. What’s that? I refer to the piñata of 2024 — Donald Trump’s trials. Donald Trump is doing EVERYTHING HUMANLY possible to break the piñata, to smash it, to cause it irreparable harm. But he is LOSING on every front.
Trump has Judge Chutkan as his judge on the DC case. This week, the Trump DC attorneys filed motions requesting evidence from everyone and the kitchen sink. They want THIS from the January sixth committee. They want that. They want evidence that has no bearing on the case at all. They even invoked Hunter Biden’s name! Wouldn’t you say the GOP is a bit obsessed?
The thought among legal minds such as Neil Katyal is that Trump’s lawyers are attempting to get Chutkan lost in a sea of paper so as to delay the trial. That will not work. The bottom line is Judge Chutkan is a master at this, and I bet she expected it. But it does give something away, my friends.
It shows how utterly SCARED Donald is. Nobody who is innocent would try THIS hard to wiggle out of going to trial. And it is rather fun to watch the fish on the hook frantically try to get away, now, isn’t it?
Then there is Georgia. DA Willis wants the trial to happen there before the election of 2024. She’s not playing. And this week, we heard that she opposes plea deals for Rudy and Mark Meadows. I bet THEY’RE not sleeping well these days.
And absolutely nobody should worry about Judge Cannon. I have full faith in Jack Smith on that one. And we also must not forget the New York trial on the Alvin Bragg charges. Listen, people, this is all going to coincide with the campaign season, and if you thought Trump was mad NOW — Just wait!
I will make a prediction. We ain’t seen anything yet. He is going to go CRAZY. He will be tied up in court again — and again — and again. Our piñata has many goodies in it, just waiting to reveal themselves. It’s going to be an interesting year, 2024. But For Donald Trump, it is shaping up to be the year of his ruination and the worst year he has EVER had — bar none.
