Palmer Report has been documenting Donald Trump’s gradually worsening senility for the better part of three years. But now that his senility is reaching extreme and alarming levels, everyone is talking about it (except the media).

Donald Trump is not a guy who’s simply misspeaking, or occasionally losing his train of thought. This is a guy who’s so deep into senility, he consistently doesn’t know what’s going on or where he’s at.
