Donald Trump attorneys Alina Habba and Chris Kise are melting down inside and outside the courtroom as the trial falls apart for them
If you’re looking for a sign of just how poorly Donald Trump’s civil trial is going for him, you don’t even have to look at the summary ruling against him or the disastrous testimony being given by his kids. All you have to do is look at how badly Trump’s attorneys are melting down today, both inside and outside the courtroom.
Trump attorney Chris Kise, in an apparent attempt at impressing Trump and remaining employed, tried floating an unhinged conspiracy theory in the courtroom about the judge’s clerk. The judge responded by hitting Kise with a gag order.
Then Trump’s other attorney Alina Habba stood outside the courtroom and put on a bizarre show of trying to portray Trump’s “children” as being victims for having to testify – even though they’re basically a bunch of forty year olds.
It’s important to keep in mind that these kinds of theatrics can’t help Donald Trump in any way. It obviously won’t help him in this trial, which is falling to pieces for him. But it’s not going to help him in any other way either. This is all an incoherent slop pile being led by a senile buffoon.
