Donald Trump’s mental decline is “deeply concerning and alarming”
I’ve been calling out Donald Trump’s cognitive decline for about three years now. It became noticeable after he was hospitalized with COVID, got more severe after he left office, and is becoming extreme now that he’s trying to campaign while under the pressure of multiple trials. I’m not the only one who sees it this way.
Political activist Victor Shi from Voters of Tomorrow had this to say on Sunday, after Trump literally didn’t know where he was at during a speech: “So, Trump just spoke in Iowa & had more gaffes, slurred speech, & slip-ups than I’ve ever seen before. It’s time for the media to bring on medical professionals & spend much more time analyzing Trump’s behavior & very apparent mental decline. This is deeply concerning & alarming.”
Donald Trump is now at a point of decline where he displays symptoms consistent with dementia every time he opens his mouth. These aren’t garden variety gaffes. He’s not simply getting tongue tied. These aren’t isolated moments. And he now seems to be way past the “early onset” stage of dementia.
It is beyond the pale that the major media outlets are still largely ignoring the fact that Donald Trump, the self proclaimed 2024 Republican frontrunner for President of the United States, is severely senile. But if the media admits that Trump is senile, then it’ll have a hard time getting ratings by turning around in the next breath and claiming that Trump is somehow going to be a serious candidate in 2024. It’s time for the media to put the good of the nation and the public discourse ahead of its ratings narratives, and simply admit that Trump is senile.
