Increasingly senile Donald Trump no longer knows who the current President is
Donald Trump’s cognitive abilities have been collapsing for some time. It’s become more obvious as he’s made more frequent public appearances in an attempt at convincing the public that he’s a candidate and not a criminal defendant. So far this month Trump has claimed he ran against Barack Obama in 2016, claimed that Jeb Bush was once President, and gone on a bender about how he’d rather get electrocuted than eaten by a shark. Now he’s gotten even worse.
Donald Trump no longer simply thinks he ran against Obama in 2016. He now thinks Obama is the current President of the United States:

Trump’s worsening senility is getting bad enough that, as you can see above, even the friendliest of interviewers are having trouble covering for him. If this were a one-off, you could give Trump the benefit of the doubt and say that perhaps he simply misspoke. But Trump is now at a point where he constantly gets confused about who’s President and who used to be President. Trump would now fail the very basic senility tests that he used to brag about passing. He’s a goner.
