Donald Trump is finding out what the “find out” stage is
If gamblers were taking bets on how long until Trump screws up again, the ones who gamble “just a few hours” would likely collect quite a bit of money. This is because Trump is already in trouble with Judge Tanya Chutkan. This woman is no shrinking violet! And Trump, who does not believe in reading ANYTHING, may not know of her history as a strong Judge who takes no prisoners.
Only the prisoner she may soon take is Donald John Trump. He’s already earned a request for a protective order from Jack Smith. And as Bill Palmer said, he hasn’t taken down his threatening message.
Chutkan gave Trump’s legal team until 5:00 PM Monday to respond. But it doesn’t matter what they say because Trump is a bad seed, a wailing baby who likely won’t listen anyway. Does the man WANT to be put in a cell? He has had ample opportunity now to subdue himself and act a bit more restrained. The problem is — he won’t do it.
Trump’s team also appears to be mad at Jack Smith’s team for filing this motion without talking to them first. This, of course, makes no sense. What do they want Smith to do? Ring them up and ask permission?
The fact is they have a wayward idiot for a client who simply will not act in a mature adult manner. That’s because he never grew up. He never grew up, and his rampant malignant narcissism will not let him act with decorum.
So who knows what will happen? Who knows what ELSE Trump will post? At this point, were Trump to see him ass dragged to the nearest prison cell, he’d have nobody to blame but his own insane self.
