Donald Trump hits the panic button
Donald Trump is now in a position where he was hit with criminal charges last week, he’ll likely be hit with more criminal charges this upcoming week, and he’ll likely be hit with criminal charges again the week after that. Even a psychologically stable person would struggle with such a scenario. Trump is of course far from psychologically stable.
Trump is taking particular offense to getting charged with conspiring to destroy Mar-a-Lago surveillance tapes. He’s claiming this never happened, and that the tapes were instead “VOLUNTARILY HANDED OVER TO THE THUGS.” Well okay then.
Trump has also moved on from his usual chant of “PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT” and upgraded it to “PROSECUTORIAL FICTION” this time around. It’s not even clear what those words are supposed to mean. But then again, it’s been a long time since Trump said anything that made any real sense. Trump can rant and whine all he wants, but prosecutors clearly have the goods on him.
