Trump election attorney Lin Wood surrenders his law license – and it’s just the start
Former Trump attorney Lin Wood has publicly revealed that he’s agreed to give up his law license in the face of disbarment. For all his bluster, he ended up caving. Makes you wonder if he’ll cave and cooperate with Jack Smith as well. These types are always so adamant about never caving, until they cave.
It’s seemingly coincidence that Wood’s disbarment hearing – a state level proceeding – was coming up at the same time Jack Smith has reportedly zeroed in on the attorneys who helped Trump try to overthrow the election.
But it may not be coincidence that Wood is choosing to forfeit in his disbarment battle at a time when his criminal justice system troubles are coming to a head. What’s a law license to someone who’s looking at prison anyway?
