Now we’re getting to the good part
Yes, the Ides of March are upon us. And as I write these words, Michael Cohen is meeting with the Grand Jury. When Caesar was warned about the Ides by a wise soothsayer, he said, “the Ides of March are come.” And she answered: “Aye, Caesar, but not gone.”
It would be fitting were Trump to be indicted on the Ides of march. But even if this does not happen, there can be no doubt they will play a significant role in his destruction. For this is presumably the last day Cohen will meet with the Grand Jury — on the Ides of March.
“There is no need for me to curse you — the murderer survives the victim only to learn that it was himself that he longed to be rid of. Hatred is self-hatred.”
Thornton Wilder
Donald Trump is a murderer. I’ve said it. Other Palmer report writers have said it. Many of you have said it. Now the good part is starting. We are moving forward into the final act of Donald Trump — the last call, the closing of the curtain.
Very shortly from now, nobody will EVER be able to say that a President of the United States has never been indicted.
I imagine Trump feels the walls closing in on him right now. Today I will quote no Truth Social posts for today is special. This is a day when we can finally celebrate as what we’ve been longing for moves so close.
But be prepared. There will be mass chaos when the indictment comes down, be that today, tomorrow, or next week. The media will try to play with your mind. Don’t let them.
Trump will go nuts on truth social. His words will become even darker, more menacing. And the Republican Party? What will they do?
That is what we do not know. Some like Marjorie Taylor Greene will undoubtedly get behind him. Some will attempt to ignore the incitement. But they will not be able to. And we will celebrate. Buckle up, readers. This week and the coming week are going to be crazy.
They’re also going to be our vindication — our vindication from Trump thinking he was above the law, from the media chiding us for saying Trump would pay, and the GOP for lacking the ability to stand up for America. Our time is upon us. Beware, Donald Trump.
