Nikki Haley crashes and burns out of the 2024 gate

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

I am speechless. I am speechless because of the campaign rollout of a particular Republican candidate for President. So how do I begin this article? Well — with the truth of course! And the truth shall set you free.

And the truth is that Nikki Haley’s campaign rollout was absolutely and insanely and utterly awful. I mean — nobody expected much, I’m sure. But this — this — almost seemed like a parody. First, let’s examine the word “Stepford.” What does that word mean to you?

Yes, there is Ira Levin’s classic tale “The Stepford wives.” I don’t refer to wives though. I do know she is a Stepford CANDIDATE. That’s right. I felt like I was watching a mannequin — reading stiltedly from a very bad teleprompter.

With a plastered-on smile looking fetchingly sweet, Haley could have had a wonderful rollout. But she blew it by — talking. (shudder.) And EVERYONE is panning this awful video that says nothing about anything remotely related to what she’d do as President.

She does talk about wearing high heels. And wokeism What’s next? Will she copy Ted Cruz and start reading green eggs and ham? Haley says she doesn’t stand for bullies. She is right. She sits for them, opens the door for them, smiles at them, defends them, and gushes over them.

Haley also chose to launch this video the day after the Michigan mass shooting. I think she had the wrong timing here. Everything was wrong. That doesn’t mean she isn’t a potential threat. Not because she’ll win. But because I believe Haley KNOWS, she doesn’t have a chance in hell and wants to be someone’s VP.

It would make sense. We’ve already had the Stepford male VP in Mike Pence. I suppose she thinks we’re ready for the Stepford female in her. Altogether this rollout showed a woman frightfully out of touch with mainstream America on just about every issue.
