These MAGA loons are even further gone than we thought
Fury isn’t a pleasant emotion. Fury often leaves one feeling out of control and helpless. It can also easily eat away at one’s soul. It’s not surprising that most people do not welcome the sound of fury and usually find solutions to life’s problems that do not involve fury. But not everybody.
And I want to talk about those people — fury’s children — because there is something the pundits — most of them — are getting wrong, and it concerns fury. As you know, a special prosecutor was appointed by Merrick Garland to look into the Biden document mixup. He won’t find anything. But what the pundits are getting wrong is the reaction to this move. They are assuming the right will welcome this move:
“Now Maga can’t say the trump investigation is a witchhunt.”
“This shows how fair Garland is being.”
WRONG.
Sorry, but I disagree. And if there is one thing I have learned about Maga, it’s the following:
Maga lives for fury. Most — not all but most — in Maga land do not know how to NOT be furious.
If pundits think the appointment of a special counsel will satisfy Maga, they’ve got another thing coming.
Do you know how Maga is reacting? By calling this new special counsel biased. “He worked with Chris Wray,” a Maga said darkly. “He’s dirty,” said another Maga. You get it. You understand that misery and Maga go hand in hand. There is nothing — absolutely nothing that can ever satisfy Maga. Nothing.
They are fury’s children. As much as we run from fury, Maga embraces it. As much as we strive for serenity, Maga pushes it away. Think about it. Have you ever SEEN Maga happy? Ever? Even when they’ve won?
Nothing that Garland or anybody does will satisfy Maga because they cannot be satisfied. Just as Trump has an unfillable hole inside him, Maga has a penchant for fury. Fury dictates their every move, and it isn’t leaving anytime soon. They are fury’s children and anger is synonymous with who they are.
