We’ve had a good week — no — a great one! It’s one of the best damn weeks we’ve had in a very long time. Do you know who’s not having a good week? Sean Hannity. The Fox non-news pundit had an epic meltdown the other night when the Arizona Governor’s race was called for Katie Hobbs. And this meltdown was live for all the world to see. How lovely.

Now bear in mind “fair and balanced” is what Fox continually has said they are. So it would stand to reason that when the decision desk called the race, what would follow would be a fair and balanced announcement – right?

Nope. At least not in Sean Hannity’s case. Looking — well — like the world had come to an end — Hannity went ahead with his network’s decision. “Fox is projecting that democratic Secretary of state — who should have recused herself — Katie Hobbs has been elected governor of Arizona,” a horrified and unbalanced Hannity said as a commercial break followed.

Much laughter followed, including from this writer. Only none of us were laughing WITH Hannity. We were laughing AT him. Fair. And — balanced. It was one for the ages. Of course, Hannity made no mention of the fact that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp won his race while he was Secretary of state. And Twitter was fast to remind him of that, calling the Trump sycophant a hypocrite.

Some dubbed him with the name of Hypocrite Hannity. I think I like it. I suppose Hannity was unable to control himself. It just highlights the fact that Fox Non-News is the least fair and least balanced network going today.
