“Indictments are likely to start flying”

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

As you know, it has been reported that the Department of Justice believes that Donald John Trump is holding on to even more documents. And retired Law Professor Laurence Tribe weighed in and what he said was stunning.

First, Tribe said that this shows the DOJ is: “closing in” on Donald Trump. Tribe believes that they’re closing in on him for obstruction of justice and violations of the Espionage act. And then he said this: “And what I take these recent revelations to mean is that shortly after the midterm elections, indictments are likely to start flying.”

Wow. That’s some prediction. Apparently, it stunned Anderson Cooper because Cooper asked Tribe the question again. “You believe that the Department of Justice might, actually indict the former president?” Cooper asked, shock evident in his voice.

“I believe that it might well indict the former president for obstruction, for espionage,” Tribe said. So do I. So does everyone that matters. And I agree that December might just be the time.

Of course, we do not know anything for sure. But based on recent reports, it does sound like the Department of Justice has its ducks in a row. Many of those who know this type of thing are saying we should look toward December — after the midterms.

What this means essentially is that Donald Trump is on borrowed time. So it is likely his outbursts will get worse, his rallies(that hardly anyone goes to) will get more vicious, and he will start imploding more frequently.

Trump’s in a whole lot of trouble, and this isn’t something he can just wiggle out of. At this point, I’d say it’s not a matter of if he is indicted — it’s a matter of when. And I think it just might be very soon.
