Today’s January 6th public hearing – halfway finished – is already devastating for Donald Trump. Here’s the real shame of it. When you watch today’s January 6th public hearing, you can clearly see that these unhinged witless loons were never going to somehow magically get Trump a second term, and Trump knew it. But he had these violent monsters attack America anyway, just so he could spend the rest of his life pretending he hadn’t really lost.
– The testimony and evidence at this hearing didn’t just fall out of the sky. Nor did most of these witnesses want to have to give up this stuff. This is what the January 6th Committee was working on when a lot of folks on social media were accusing it of “lacking a sense of urgency” and “doing nothing.”
– Most U.S. Presidents focus on bringing NATO leaders together, or bringing warring Middle East factions together. Donald Trump brought the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys together. Let that be Trump’s legacy: he convinced two rival right wing domestic terrorist groups to come together and violently attack the United States government.
