Cassidy Hutchinson just thoroughly incriminated Mark Meadows (and others)

Dear readers, we've just launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our PayPal Page or our GoFundMe Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.

Just a few minutes into her testimony, Cassidy Hutchinson has already incriminated her former boss Mark Meadows by testifying that Meadows told her January 6th could get “real, real bad.” Meadows knew it would get violent but moved ahead with the plan anyway. That’s consciousness of guilt. It’s how you get convicted at trial.

Keep in mind that whatever Cassidy Hutchinson is about to tell us about Mark Meadows and Trump in this hearing, she’s also going to end up telling it to a DOJ grand jury – or she already has.

It’s now fairly clear why the DOJ declined to charge Meadows with contempt ahead of the hearings: it’s going to be charging him with much more severe charges along the lines of seditious conspiracy, and didn’t want the contempt charge getting in the way in the meantime (unless Meadows has already cut a deal with the DOJ, which would also explain why he wasn’t charged with contempt).
