Conspiracies are dark and malevolent clouds that must be fought, especially when said conspiracies can endanger the safety, health, and well-being of others. When it comes to spreading conspiracies, Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson is at the top of the list.

Johnson is a super-spreader of these dangerous lies. He regularly says dishonest things, often about Covid-19. He is also someone we must oust from office in the midterms. Johnson is now happily chatting away about the COVID vaccine – and saying it just might cause AIDS.

This came out in a video on the crazy alt-right social media site, Rumble. The person interviewing Johnson is an attorney who is known himself for being anti-vaccine. And he claimed the vaccine not only causes AIDS but that the FDA knew about it. Johnson readily agreed that these dishonest and ridiculous accusations “might be true.”

Johnson said that it was imperative to change the public narrative, which at this moment in time is that the vaccine is safe.

He also said if that can be done, it might be possible to charge some of the health officials who “knew.”

Ron Johnson is a freak of nature. But these types of discussions are dangerous. They’re dangerous because we have a plethora of unhinged cult members on the right. And they seemingly believe anything these Right-wingers tell them. They lap it up like hungry dogs. They never question, and they seem to lack any intellectual curiosity.

We must win Wisconsin in the midterms. I’d like to see ALL these purveyors of disinformation replaced with people who choose a different aphrodisiac — the aphrodisiac of telling the truth — which seems so very impossible for our non-friends on the right.
