Matt Gaetz is underwater

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Matt Gaetz, Congressman, insurrectionist supporter, and sporting possibly the worst hairstyle possibly ever seen in the state of Florida, now has even more problems. Matt Gaetz is losing money. Per Florida Politics, Gaetz is “hemorrhaging campaign money.”

According to this reporting, Gaetz is spending a great deal more than he is bringing in. In the third quarter, he overspent as the amount he raised was piddling. It came out to around $527,150. He spent $627,129. Not good, Gaetz. Not good at all.

What this tells us is Gaetz has become somewhat of a pariah in the world of fundraising. Donors have most likely lost faith in him. It certainly does not help the Venmo fan that the FBI investigation appears to be ramping up, not slowing down.

As if this news was not bad enough, the tour Gaetz embarked on with non-human companion Marjorie Taylor Greene has ALSO done poorly.

Maybe this explains why he could not pay his lawyer’s fees to renew his Florida law license. Gaetz seems utterly aware that things are not good for him these days. His behavior has turned wild; from giving himself a nickname to accusing someone of trying to kill him, Gaetz has appeared erratic, unfocused, and tired.

Only his hair continues to remain unaffected. Like a pie, it rises, seemingly gaining strength every time a new revelation comes about him.

If Gaetz is indicted, which sure looks like he will be, his hair will likely reach epic heights. We will wait and see on that one.
