Domestic terrorist who threatened to blow up Capitol today is reportedly a big fan of Donald Trump Jr.
Today a domestic terrorist threatened to blow up the United States Capitol building, prompting evacuations and lockdowns. The man has since been taken into custody. Now multiple news outlets are reporting that just yesterday, the man shared an online video of Donald Trump Jr attacking President Joe Biden.
The news outlet Heavy has posted the suspect’s recent Facebook post, in which he shared Donald Trump Jr’s video and added his own words: “The American people will take care of the talaban [sic] after we take care of ours.” The congressional reporter for The Guardian is also reporting that the suspect indeed posted this on Facebook.
The Trump family has a history of inciting violence against the United States. Donald Trump famously incited the January 6th Capitol attack, which got him banned from social media. Now we have another would-be Capitol attacker citing Donald Trump Jr’s screed.
